By accessing or using Casey, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
Casey provides case management, client portal, document handling, billing, and calendar tools for law firms and their clients. We may update or modify features at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
You agree not to misuse Casey, including uploading unlawful content, attempting to access data you are not authorized to view, disrupting the service, or reverse-engineering the platform.
You retain all rights to the case and client data you enter. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store and share that data, and for configuring visibility settings appropriately.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Casey and its software, design, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or proprietary content.
Casey is provided "as is." We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we disclaim liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Casey is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
You may stop using Casey at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue a service, with reasonable notice where possible.
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
