We use your information to provide and improve the Casey platform, manage cases and clients, process billing, send service notifications, and ensure the security and integrity of your account.
We use bank-grade encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security audits. Access to your client data is restricted to authorized firm members and the clients themselves.
We do not sell your data. We share information only with service providers who support our infrastructure (e.g., hosting, payments), when required by law, or with your consent.
Casey is designed for law firms. We understand the attorney–client privilege and treat all case and client content as confidential. Firm users control what is shared with their clients through visibility settings.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may export or request deletion of your data at any time; we will remove it within 30 days of a verified request.
